excellent experience at a great location

ample spacenatural lightcentral location
the junior suite provided ample space. natural light filled the room, i also enjoyed the view of santa bárbara castle. the cleaning staff maintained the suite impeccably throughout my stay. i appreciated their commitment to cleanliness. i loved the hotel's central location, near the town hall and a short walk to el postiguet beach. this made exploring easy.

the location was ideal it was a short walk to many attractions and restaurants. the staff was friendly and quick to accommodate requests i found this very useful. i appreciated the cleanliness throughout the building the modern design added a nice touch.
i found the gym facilities to be limited the equipment was not comprehensive and it was quite small. this was a bit disappointing given the hotel's overall quality i expected more variety.

My room had great closing doors that ensured peaceful sleep. The insulation was effective. bathroom facilities were great with ample space. It was well maintained. i had a wonderful view of the square below the room.

my room was super clean and in a fabulous location. staff were very friendly and cute. breakfast was amazing and offered so much choice , also i had the option to order eggs cooked to my liking.
the hotel is located on a road only for taxis and buses , so there is no space to stop and unload luggage.

A Few Disappointments

The location was very convenient, close to many attractions. The rooftop terrace offered nice views of the surrounding area. I especially enjoyed having a drink there in the evening. The breakfast provided a good start to the day.
The room felt somewhat spartan, not quite what I expected. There was no bedside unit on one side of the bed, and only a damaged table on the other. I found this quite inconvenient. The air conditioning was insufficient for the room size. It made the room uncomfortable.
